• Cover is 100-percent polyester. Liner is 100-percent cotton. Filling is 100-percent buckwheat seeds. Remove cover and empty liner before washing, machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not wash filling. Filling can be placed in freezer for freshening.

Instructions for Use:

For Hot Use: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 20 seconds. Test temperature by hand before using. If not warm enough, microwave in 10 second increments.

For Cold Use: Seal in Plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 or more hours. Can be stored in freezer.
